As a professional cleaning company, IPC is immensely proud to have organized the highly anticipated second edition of our IPC STANDS BY YOU commercial event. From 14-16 June 2023, we were privileged to bring together our valued customers, sales teams and product managers for a three-day event highlighting our state-of-the-art cleaning solutions. We have placed a strong emphasis on an outstanding range of cleaning solutions, from high-performance high-pressure washers and versatile scrubbers to efficient vacuum cleaners and a wide selection of manual equipment. These included trolleys, window cleaning equipment, mops, and microfibers.

Our aim was to demonstrate our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

In this blog post, we will provide an engaging overview, giving you an exclusive glimpse into the event’s atmosphere, the innovative products showcased, and the unforgettable experiences that left a lasting impression on all who attended.

The event kicked off by extending a warm welcome to our esteemed attendees during a delightful welcome dinner and aperitif at one of the most renowned hotels in Bibione. Upon entering the elegant venue, we immediately felt a sense of excitement and expectation. The atmosphere was full of energy as industry professionals gathered to connect, share experiences, and forge valuable relationships. The delicious cuisine and pleasant conversations set the stage for the days to come, promising an unforgettable experience.

On the second day, we had the opportunity of presenting our latest products, innovations, and eye-catching demonstrations at the Portotecnica facility. Our customers were delighted with the demonstration areas where Marzio Signorin, Export Area Manager, and Ivo Pravato, Senior Customer Service Representative, explained the functionality of the new automatic hot water high-pressure washer PW-H101A while Roberto Vezzoni, Export Area Manager, and Devis Cescon, Senior Customer Service Representative, demonstrated the performance of the High Pure system and the SkyVac – the vacuum for gutter cleaning.

We were proud to display a glimpse of our range of high-pressure washers, scrubber dryers, vacuum cleaners, and manual tools, offering attendees an insight into our advanced solutions.

Carefully planned breaks during the day allowed our guests to engage in valuable discussions, exchange ideas and make connections. These interactions expanded their knowledge and provided us with valuable feedback to improve our products.

To end the day on a high note, we organized a delicious dinner at a renowned local restaurant. The intimate and convivial ambience created an ideal setting for participants to network, share experiences and nurture relationships while enjoying the flavors of the region.

The last day started with a follow-up session, where we hosted a Q&A session to address any questions and concerns. This interactive session allowed the sales team to engage directly with customers, encouraging an environment of collaboration and trust. The session served as a platform for knowledge sharing and further strengthened our commitment to customer satisfaction.

To conclude the event on a memorable note, we surprised our participants with an exciting boat trip. Departing from the seaside resort marina, we embarked on a picturesque journey that offered a moment of relaxation, fun and connection.

Organizing the second edition of IPC STANDS BY YOU was a truly satisfying experience for us at IPC. Through this event, we highlighted our ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
