Amidst the lush green surroundings, serene backwaters of Kumarakom, and a picturesque resort, the much-awaited conference commenced with a gracious welcome to esteemed guests, initiating an atmosphere of anticipation.

Traditional lamp lighting marked the auspicious beginning. IPC Tennant India MD Mr. Tony Chazhoor delivered the opening address, outlining ambitious objectives for the year.

The Tennant VP APAC Mr. Markus Haefeli delivered a keynote speech, chalking regional strategies. GM Sales Mr. Anil Sathe provided insights into sales forecasts, followed by the Head of Finance Mr. Pawan Garg presenting financial plans.

The evening smoothly transitioned into a gala dinner, fostering camaraderie over a spread of delectable cuisine with a fine native touch.

Day 2 commenced with a focus on regional expansion, with Mr. Lorenzo Catellani – Head Sales Export (Italy)- presenting business plans for India and neighbouring countries. Heads of various business regions from India presented their strategies, leading to interactive discussions.Mr. Haefeli & Mr. Catellani jointly addressed the participants on the best practices for growth from Australia, Italy and other global markets.

Customer expectations over the next 3-5 years, and 2x growth presentations given by guest speakers Mr. Vinay Deshmukh & Mr. Shreyas Kumar provided valuable insights.Mr. Tony Chazhoor eloquently summarized the conference’s key points, leaving participants feeling motivated and empowered.

The day concluded with dinner and delightful cultural performances- the native Kathakali dance and the Kalarippayattu (martial arts) performed by the local troupe.

Day 3- was marked by a tranquil cruise on the backwaters and a traditional ‘Sadhya’ Kerala meal.

Whilst the business part was important, the highlight of the conference’s success lay in fostering meaningful connections amidst enriching experiences.
